MASTER OF SCIENCE COURSES AT FOREST RESEARCH INSTITUTE, DEHRA DUN

FRI ( Forest Research Institute ), Dehra Dun, is considered as one of the Best Institute of India in the field of studies related to Forestry and related sciences, invites application for all India Entrance Examination for admission to Masters Degree Courses, for the academic session 2018-2020. Details of the courses and seats along with eligibility qualifications are given below.

  

1.       M.Sc. (FORESTRY) – 38 SEATS

Eligibility: 3 years B.Sc. with at least one of the Subjects namely Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Zoology or a B.Sc. in Agriculture or Forestry.

2.       M.Sc. (WOOD SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY ) – 38 SEATS

 Eligibility: 3 years B.Sc. with at least one of the Subjects namely Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics or a B.Sc. in Forestry.

3.       M.Sc. (ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT ) – 38 SEATS

 Eligibility: 3 years B.Sc. in any branch of Basic or applied Sciences OR B.Sc. in Agriculture or Forestry OR BE or B.Tech. in Environmental Science.

4.       M.Sc. (CELLULOSE & PAPER TECHNOLOGY ) – 20 SEATS

 Eligibility: 3 years B.Sc. with Chemistry as one of the subjects at least one of the Subjects namely Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics or a B.Sc. in Forestry.

Last date for receiving completed application is 6^th April’2018.

 

Date of written Examination is on 20^th May, 2018.

Exam Centres : Dehra Dun, Jabalpur, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Delhi, Lucknow, Jodhpur, Shimla, Ranchi, Coimbatore and Jorhat.
